  • Business information such as service area, business size, average job value, and industry when you complete our onboarding questionnaire
  • Payment information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
  • Login credentials and account access tokens for third-party platforms (Facebook, Meta Business Manager, Google) that you authorize us to manage on your behalf
  • Communications you send to us via email, SMS, phone, or other channels

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring URLs

Wadsway uses SMS messaging to communicate with you and, on behalf of our clients, with their leads and customers. This section explains our SMS practices in detail.

Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your phone number through any of our forms (including but not limited to: strategy call bookings, lead capture forms, onboarding questionnaires, and consultation requests), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Wadsway or from the Wadsway client whose form you submitted, at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Follow-up messages related to inquiries you submitted
  • Information about products, services, and promotions
  • Updates regarding scheduled consultations or service delivery
  • Customer service responses

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services you've inquired about. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier's plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

If you opt out, you may not receive important transactional messages such as appointment confirmations. To re-subscribe, reply START or UNSTOP to any opt-out confirmation, or fill out a form on our website again.

SMS Data Use

Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wadsway is not responsible for any charges incurred from sending or receiving SMS messages.

When Wadsway provides services to a business client, we may process information about that client's customers and leads on the client's behalf. This includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, and conversation histories collected through ad campaigns and AI-driven SMS conversations.

For this data, the business client is the data controller and Wadsway acts as a data processor. We process this data only for the purposes outlined in our service agreement with the client and according to the client's instructions. The client is responsible for the lawful collection and use of their customer data, including obtaining required consents.

If you are an end customer of a Wadsway client and have questions about how your information is used, contact the business directly. We will work with our client to respond to legitimate requests.

08Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, access controls, and reliance on reputable service providers with strong security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

09Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods include:

  • Account and billing records: kept for the duration of your relationship with Wadsway plus seven years for tax and audit purposes
  • SMS opt-in records: kept for at least four years to comply with TCPA and carrier requirements
  • Marketing communications data: kept until you opt out or for two years of inactivity, whichever comes first
  • Website analytics data: typically retained for up to 26 months

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
